I have been dealing with many factories in China for the last 11 years and you are a very outstanding one! Always response promptly to our emails and doing your best to sort out any issues which we raised. I suppose if every manufacturer in China has the same attitude and practice the same policy, then China will dominating the whole world in any industries!
